• Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card listed above. Any change in reservation will be charged the current rate for that period. I.D. required with credit card at time of check-in.

• Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival date or a one-night stay will be charged to your credit card.
• Early departure will result in an additional night’s room rate.
• Special events, weekends, and holidays are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
• Payment is due upon check-in on the date of arrival.
• No pets.
• No smoking is permitted in the building. If evidence of smoking in your room is found, a $250 charge will be added to your invoice. There is a designated area for smoking in the courtyard.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. A safe is provided in your room for your valuables.
• We update rooms on a regular basis; therefore, a picture of a room may not be exact.
